How seats work
- Members get everything in Institutional while your plan is active, including their own API keys.
- Each person signs in with their own account. Never share your password.
- If your plan lapses, members lose access until you renew. Their own plans, if they have one, are unaffected.
- Removing someone takes effect immediately, and their API keys stop working.
- A person can be on one team at a time.
- You're on someone else's team, so you can't add members of your own. Leave that team first.
